Rajdhani, India’s premier vegetarian thali restaurant is now open at the Express Avenue Mall in Chennai. The restaurant will serve 22,464 delicacies from Gujarat and Rajasthan, which will be served in 72 rotating menus.Some of their special delicacies include smoked chaas, bajri rotlas, trevati daal-bati churma, gatte ka saag, kathiawadi kadi, bhindi upkari, undhiya, usal, misal and aamti dal, dal dhokli, khichdi with gujju kadhi, kashmiri karela, saragva ni sing, thepla, bhakris, puran polis, patra, ringan hollo, avial, kandvi, dhoklas and khasta kachori.
Those present at the inauguration of this thali restaurant were Mr. Aji Nair, AVP, F & B vision, Mirah Hospitality and Mr. Zahir, Partner, Chennai Cuisines.As an inaugural offer, lunch and dinner will be served at Rs. 222.Actor Ashok, who had starred in the film Muruga and currently acting in Vetkathai Kettal Enna Tharuvai and Sun TV’s Hansraj Saxena were present during the inauguration
